This interactive exhibition examines concepts of health and medicine among contemporary American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawai’ians and features interviews with more than one hundred tribal leaders, healers, physicians, educators, and others.

University/College Library (Building 17) is proud to host this traveling exhibition during its only stop in Florida! January 2020 to March 2020.

Two representatives of from the Seminole Tribe of Florida will speak about the health & wellness of the Seminole tribe. Speakers will be Ms. Karen Two Shoes – Nutrition Counselor & dietitian and Ms. Suzanne Davis – Integrative Health Director.

Mr. Everett Osceola – Cultural Ambassador for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Mr. Osceola will speak about the history & culture of the Seminole Tribe from its beginning to the present.
