New Student Service Website Provides Fast and Easy Support

Broward College is always looking for ways to offer the best quality of service and experience to its students. On June 28, the College rolls out new and improved customer services to support students and applicants.  The upgrades mean less wait time and assistance from representatives who can provide the most up-to-date information possible without transferring you to another department.

It’s a “one-stop-shop” for students to get all their questions answered.

It features general Broward College information, a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section and allows you to submit requests to admissions, advising, or the cashier. You can also check on the status of your requests in real-time. 

If you have urgent questions that need clarifications or help with an approaching deadline? The Student Help Center offers a chat option with representatives 24/7. 

Improved Call Center and Help Desk

If you prefer to talk to someone, the upgraded call center is also open 24/7. Call the general telephone number at 954-201-7350 to speak with a representative.

And, that’s not all. The College Information Technology Help Desk service has also been upgraded. When you call 954-201-7521, specialists will readily assist you with your network problems and questions
