Broward College understands that making continuous investments in our employees is the key to a great workforce. As we continue to adopt new benefit strategies to better meet the expectations and the needs of our employees, we understand that promoting education is key. Our employees strive to enhance their own academic and professional development not only for their personal growth, but for the growth and success of our students, through qualifications that better equip them to help our students meet their desired goals.
